Qualifying, made simple.
Making gifts of life insurance are most effective if you are between the ages of 45 and 85. We are happy to guide you through the option that may suit you the best.
Option 1: Medically underwritten policies
If you are in relatively good health, you can qualify for insurance policies of whatever size you wish - the sky is the limit! A medical examination is required, but going through this process allows you to pay lower premiums, and support your favourite charities in an even bigger way! Contact us to discuss this type of policy, and explore your options. If you'd like a quote, click here.
Option 2: Non-medical policies
If you do not wish to have a medical, you have been declined for life insurance before, or you have some health issues, you may still qualify for a whole life policy of between $10,000 and $50,000. If you can answer “No†to the following six questions, Bequest Insurance can get you instant approval on a policy:
Have you ever been diagnosed with one or more of the following:
- HIV, Acquired Immune Deficiency Disorder (AIDS) or AIDS-related complex
- Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (Lou Gehrig's Disease)
- Congestive heart failure
- Cystic Fibrosis
- Huntington's Disease
- Are you terminally ill or bedridden? "Terminally ill" means an illness, disease or condition diagnosed that would reasonably be expected to cause death within the next 24 months.
We are happy to help you decide if this is the kind of policy you need. Contact us or get a quote today.
Option 3: Donating an existing policy
If you have a policy you no longer need, you do have the option of changing the beneficiary of this policy to your favourite charity. Contact your insurance agent or the company that issued your policy to facilitate this.
